PHILOSOPHY
PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC ORIENTATION My orientation and current training are in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Symptoms, patterns and perceptions that have brought the client to where they are in their life are examined in an emotionally safe setting. Psychotherapy is seen as an opportunity to bring more and more conscious awareness into understanding. Ultimately, opportunities for emotional growth toward better relationships with self and others are possible.
